We are delighted to offer free shipping for all orders within India. Orders are dispatched on the same day & takes 4-6 Days to be delivered. Orders placed before 1 pm on a business day will be shipped the same day, subject to card security checks, payment confirmation, and stock availability. Orders placed after 1 pm will be shipped on the next business day. Orders received on Sundays or during holidays will be dispatched the following Monday or the next working day. During peak periods, such as holidays, processing and shipping delays may occur.

Delivery Address: We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses. Rural domestic addresses may require additional days for delivery. Customers are responsible for any OCTROI Duty charged by their state government. We cannot predict which shipments will incur these fees or the amount charged. In case of refusal, return service costs will be assessed.

Cancellation of Order by User:

Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 6 hours without penalty, except for the 4% Bank Charges on the purchase value. Cancellation is not possible for products altered as per your specifications. To cancel an order, contact our Customer Support Team via email with your Order Number during working hours. Cancellations must be made within 6 hours of placing an order.

General Scenario: If an order has already been “processed” by us, it cannot be canceled. Taneja Collection reserves the right to decide on order cancellations, and the customer agrees not to dispute the decision.

Cancellation by Taneja Collection: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason, regardless of confirmation or payment. In such cases, 100% payment will be refunded.

User Mistake: If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (e.g., wrong or incomplete name/address), any extra cost incurred by Taneja Collection for re-delivery will be claimed from the user.

Return Policy: We strive to provide a great customer experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order for a full refund within 7 days of delivery. Returned products must be in a saleable condition with tags intact, in their original packaging, and in an unwashed, undamaged state.
