Return & Refund policy

Returns is a service provided by Taneja Collection under which the option of return & refund is offered to customers. Please note that different categories of products may have varying returns policies.

1. Order Cancellations:

  • Customers can cancel a complete order before it gets dispatched for a full refund, including shipping fees. For non-prepaid orders, no refund is applicable.
  • Order cancellation may occur if the customer is unable to receive the order after two delivery attempts or if the customer’s address is incorrect.
  • All shipments will be delivered in an open box. Customers must inspect the shipment for any missing products or visible damages during delivery and can refuse to accept or reject those items in the order.

2. Returns: The returns policy is categorized as follows:

Return Creation, Eligibility:

  • Customers can initiate a return request within three days of order delivery.
  • Only one return request is allowed per order, so customers are encouraged to include all relevant details in a single request.
  • Contact customer support to create a return request, providing all necessary details.
  • Customers can create a return request for the following reasons:
    • Product Quality Unsatisfactory
    • Product/Packaging Damaged
    • Product nearing expiry
    • Expired product delivered
    • Wrong Product delivered
    • Incorrect quantity delivered

Return Pick-up & Scheduling:

  • After creating the return request, the pick-up for return items will be scheduled.
  • Ensure that the returned items match the original order; failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the return request.
  • If the customer cannot hand over the return items after two pick-up attempts, the return request may be canceled.

3. Refund:

  • Once the return items are picked up, the refund for the items and shipping fees will be processed.

4. Exceptions to this Policy: This policy allows for easy product return requests, subject to product validations during pick-up and fraud prevention measures. Claims related to undelivered products, missing products/accessories, and wrong product/accessories delivered may be rejected if they do not comply with our validation and fraud prevention policies.
